Apple Pie Cinnamon Rolls

Fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with sweet cinnamon sugar and homemade apple pie filling. This is the perfect cozy breakfast for fall!

Start by making the dough (butter, sugar, milk, flour, yeast, and baking powder)and let it rise for about 1 hour.

Make the apple pie filling while you're waiting for the dough. Cook down diced apples, butter, and cinnamon sugar in a skillet.

After the first rise, add another cup of flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.

Roll the dough out into a rectangle. -Pour on the butter -Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar -Top with apple pie filling Roll up the buns and slice. Divide between two pans.

Let Rise for 30 minutes more, then bake until your house smells like an apple orchard!

Once out of the oven, ice with a simple vanilla glaze or cream cheese icing.
