Thick and Fluffy Applesauce Pancakes!

These pancakes are dairy free (no milk and no butter needed!) and the recipe post includes a Vegan friendly no egg version!

Mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking powder, then add the applesauce and egg (if using). Batter will be thick!

Drop spoonfuls of batter 1/4 cup at a time onto a hot skillet or griddle. Cook 2 minutes on each side until fluffy and golden brown.

Serve with maple syrup, salty butter, and a sprinkling of shredded apples.
