Ingredients

  • 12-14 slices of frozen peaches about 1 1/2 cups
  • 1 medium sized banana ripe and broken into chunks
  • 1/4 cup of peach nectar or fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt I use 2%

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until perfectly smooth and enjoy!

Notes

  • For best results, make sure the banana, yogurt, and juice are closer to the blender's blade. This will help to blend the smoothie easier.
  • You can also thaw the peaches for 10 minutes before adding them to the blender.
