Oven Roasted Frozen Cauliflower

An easy and healthy side dish made in minutes using frozen cauliflower! Roasted to perfection and seasoned with spicy lemon pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1 10.8 oz or 12 oz bag of frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon pepper seasoning with no salt added
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425º and adjust your oven rack to the middle level.
  • In a medium sized bowl, add your frozen cauliflower and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle on the salt and add 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning if using a 10.8 oz bag of cauliflower or 1 1/2 teaspoons for a 12 oz bag.
  • Using a rubber spatula, toss all the ingredients together until the cauliflower is well coated.
  • Pour the frozen seasoned cauliflower onto a sheet pan in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the pan, you need air to get in between all the florets.
  • Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and roast for 15-18 minutes until the cauliflower is tender and browned along the edges.
  • Remove the roasted cauliflower from the oven and serve. Add more salt if desired.

Notes

*If using raw cauliflower, roast for 20 minutes
