Melt the milk chocolate flavored wafers in a heatproof bowl either in the microwave (per the package instructions) or over a pan of barely simmering water.
Stir until the melts are completely melted and smooth.
Repeat the same steps with the white melting wafers in a separate heat safe dish.
Line a sheet pan or cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper.
To make the reindeer, place two pretzels side by side--into an antler shape-on the parchment paper.
*If you wanted to keep your pretzels in place, you could put a little dollop of candy melt on the parchment paper and set the antlers on top, to kind of "glue them" into position. But this is totally optional!
Drop a Nutter Butter into the melted candy coating and using a fork, flip around until the cookie is coated completely.
Lift the peanut butter cookie out with the fork and allow the excess candy coating to drip off.
Gently place the peanut butter cookie on top of your pretzels. The pretzels may shift a little, but that's ok (see above note for "gluing" them in place). Slide them back into place to get the antler shape you desire.
Add the candy eyeballs or the mini chocolate chips slightly above the center or "waist" of the Nutter Butter cookie.
Place a red M&M or any red candy right at the bottom tip of the cookie for the nose.
Now you have a reindeer!
Repeat the above steps until you run out of eyeballs, cookies and/or candy melts. Once all the reindeer are made, pop them in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to set.
Serve your Peanut Butter Reindeer Cookies in a single layer on a festive platter and enjoy!
