  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy. Periodically scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  • Add the honey, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Beat on low until combined, then increase to medium-high and whip for another 2 minutes, scraping down the sides halfway through.
  • Store honey butter in an airtight container and refrigerate. Let it soften at room temperature before using.

Notes

  • Unsalted butter can be used in place of salted, add salt to taste
  • This honey butter recipe can be frozen for 6 months wrapped tightly. Thaw at room temperature when ready to use.
