DIY Pumpkin Pie Spice

Never buy pumpkin pie spice again! This homemade pumpkin spice recipe is enough for two full pumpkin pies and comes together in a flash!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

  • Combine all the spices in a small bowl and mix until well distributed.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a year in a cool, dry place.

Notes

      • Make sure your ground spices are fresh for best results.
      • If you don’t have allspice, just increase the cinnamon and cloves a dash.
