Healthy Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark
Greek yogurt is sweetened with honey and topped with a variety of delicious and healthy toppings. It's an easy, healthy frozen dessert that both kids and adults will love!
For Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark with Strawberries and Blueberries:
1teaspoonof fresh lemon zest
Sliced fresh strawberries
A handful of fresh blueberries
For White Chocolate Raspberry Bark:
1teaspoonof fresh orange zest
Fresh raspberries
2-3tablespoonsof white chocolate chipsor more to taste
For Yogurt Bark with Peanut Butter and Banana
1/4cupof peanut butter
1medium bananasliced thin
1-2tablespoonsof mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment paper and set aside.
To make the base, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Whisk until well combined and smooth.
To make the Greek yogurt bark with strawberries and blueberries:
Add fresh lemon zest to the base ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Pour the yogurt onto your parchment lined cookie sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1/4" thick. Don’t worry about spreading the yogurt out to the sides of the pan.
Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries and blueberries, pressing gently in to the yogurt to secure. Pop in the freezer and freeze 4-6 hours until completely frozen.
To make the raspberry and white chocolate frozen yogurt bark:
Add fresh orange zest to the base ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Pour the yogurt onto your parchment lined cookie sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1/4" thick. Don’t worry about spreading the yogurt out to the sides of the pan.
Distribute raspberries over the top of the greek yogurt base. Lightly press the berries in to the yogurt to secure.
Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the top as well.
Pop in the freezer and freeze 4-6 hours until completely frozen.
To make frozen yogurt bark with peanut butter, chocolate, and banana:
Prepare the base as above.
Pour base on to a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and spread evenly into a layer about 1/4" thick. Don’t worry about spreading the yogurt out to the sides of the pan.
In the microwave, heat the peanut butter until just melted—but not hot(about 15-20 seconds). Set aside.
Press the sliced banana into the yogurt base to secure and drizzle the melted peanut butter over the top of the bark. Then sprinkle on the mini chocolate chips.
Pop in the freezer and freeze 4-6 hours until completely frozen.
Cutting And Serving:Once the bark is completely frozen, break into chunks with your hands or by using a kitchen knife. Serve immediately and store the leftovers in the freezer.
