A glass jar filled with iced coffee topped with pink foam and garnished with a fresh strawberry, with more strawberries in the background.

How To Make Strawberry Cold Foam

This strawberry cold foam is a creamy, lightly whipped topping for iced drinks with a pretty pink color and sweet strawberry flavor. Made with just four ingredients, it froths up thick and fluffy in about a minute.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam, see note
  • 2 tablespoons of low-fat strawberry milk
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to a pint-sized mason jar. Use a fork or small whisk to stir the mixture and loosen the jam.
  • Next, froth with a handheld or countertop frother for 30–45 seconds, until thick and fluffy.
  • For serving, fill a large glass with ice. Pour in iced coffee, cold brew, or prepared matcha, leaving room for the foam.
  • Pour the strawberry cold foam over the drink and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use a homemade or good quality jam for the best strawberry flavor. If you have the option, use seedless for a creamy foam.
  • If you can't find strawberry milk, 1% or 2% milk will work just fine.
