How to Make Starbucks Sugar Cookie Latte
Follow these easy steps to make delicious sugar cookie almond milk lattes to enjoy at home or on the go!
Step 1
Make the sugar cookie syrup by combining the water and sugar in a saucepan and simmering until the sugar dissolves (5-7 minutes).

Off heat, add the butter and vanilla extracts. Cool the syrup down before using in iced coffee.
Step 2

Fill half of a large glass with ice.

Pour brewed blonde expresso or ½ a cup of very strong coffee over the ice.

Add 3 tablespoons of sugar cookie syrup.
Step 3

Add 1/2 cup of almond milk to a countertop frother or a measuring cup. If using a handheld milk frother, whisk for 45-60 seconds until thick and foamy. If using a countertop or Nespresso machine milk frother, follow the manufacturer’s instructions, on the cold setting.

Top your iced coffee with the frothed milk and top with red and green sprinkles!
How to Make a Hot Sugar Cookie Latte
Step 1
Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar cookie syrup to your mug and brew hot blonde expresso or ½ a cup of very strong coffee into the mug.
Step 2
Warm your desired milk of choice for about 60-90 seconds (don’t boil) and froth with a milk frother for 45-60 seconds until thick and foamy.
Step 3
Top your hot coffee with the warm milk and enjoy!
